at least 3 - 4 years experience in a sales position, with proven track record of managing key accounts, ideally in a consumer-oriented business. A good understanding of market research is indispensable for this position.
must have the ability to build and maintain long term relationships with customers and be able to communicate with a wide range of people of different levels.
knowledge of consumer branding.

Role:
The Sales and Marketing Representative will lead all Sales & Marketing activities for solid surfaces and artificial (quartz) stone in Russia (mostly in Moscow), in line with business objectives, including participation in launching new brands. The incumbent will be entrepreneurial by nature, while respecting DuPont's Core Values

Key responsibilities include:
Maintain & develop an existing customer base for following brands Corian ®, Montelli®
Participation and play active role in launching new brands
Marketing research and deep competitor analysis for solid surfaces and quartz engineered stones products in your area of responsibility
Assist in identifying new sales perspectives and driving business growth in the region through customer and market need definition as well as developing a leading edge on competitive offering in the region.
